The scope and all accessories are shipped using the original
and undamaged packing material consisting of:
Agilent shipping box
foam packing
probe anti-static bags.
Unit must be insured for $20,000.00 replacement cost
Your choice of shipper.
Buyer must supply 3rd party shipping account number or pay for shipping charges with payment
No international shipping will be made
Shipping address must match the billing address
Aspen Logic Inc will ship the unit upon receipt of cleared payment for the entire balance due (cost+shipping+insurance)
Alternatively, the unit may be picked up directly from Aspen Logic
Inc after the entire balance due has been paid and the payment has
cleared its bank.
Shipment is F.O.B. Origin (that means you are responsible for the unit
after it is in the hands of the shipper)
Payment, Refunds/Returns, Warranty, Taxes
Payment of $12,287 USD (plus shipping and insurance) by Company check which is held for up to 2 weeks to ensure it clears our bank prior to shipment

7-Day acceptance period, commencing on delivery date, to confirm that
buyer's purchase is or isn't Not
Significantly As Described (SNAD) after which no refund, return, or
exchange is permitted under any circumstances. Unit must show a return
shipping date of no later then 7-days after delivery. Damage to the
scope caused by exceeding instrument ratings or for failure to follow
warnings and cautions (described in the supplied User Guide) is the
buyer's complete responsibility and immediately terminates the
acceptance period
Units returned after the acceptance period will incur a 20%
restocking fee, a charge for Agilent calibration service (~$500), and
possibly charges for the cost of any repairs to the unit or its
accessories or for replacement of missing items
After the acceptance period Aspen Logic Inc will request that
Agilent transfer the remaining service contract (good until 12/09) it
has on the unit to the buyer
Buyer is responsible for payment of all appropriate sales and use taxes
The scope has not been calibrated recently and there is no
guarantee that the performance specification printed in Agilent manuals for the 6104a will be met
ALL ITEMS GIVEN IN THE SHIPMENT SPECIFICATION ARE SOLD AS-IS, WITH
NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND WITH NO WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
After the acceptance period the buyer must get repairs made
through Agilent under the service agreement
